  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Oil spray for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up your breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of panko, coconut, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Dredge each shrimp in flour, ensuring an even coating.
