Delicious chicken skewers cooked to perfection in the air fryer, flavored with garlic and Parmesan.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken by cutting your chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks.
  2. Add the olive oil, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the chicken and toss everything together.
  3. Skewer the seasoned chicken pieces onto skewers.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Air fry the skewers in a single layer for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Prepare the garlic Parmesan topping by melting the butter and whisking in the minced garlic.
  7. Add the melted garlic butter to the cooked skewers and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over them.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
