Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into small balls, adjusting size as desired.
  3. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs, then dip in the beaten egg to help the breadcrumbs stick.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Place the balls in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Serve warm, perhaps with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For extra crunch, use Panko breadcrumbs. You can also add jalapeños or herbs for added flavor.
