A simple and delicious air fryer recipe that brings the coastal flavors right to your dining table with crispy, flaky cod fillets.

Ingredients

  • 2 cod fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Pat the cod fillets dry.
  2. Prepare the breadcrumb mixture by combining Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Whisk the egg in a separate bowl.
  4. Coat each fillet in egg, then in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Prepare the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  7. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  9. Let the cod rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

Ensure the cod is dried thoroughly for better crust adhesion and check for doneness with a fork.
