Deliciously crispy and tender air-fried baby potatoes, seasoned with spices for a guilt-free side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, washed and dried
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash and Dry Potatoes
  2. Mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, black pepper, and salt into a paste in a large bowl.
  3. Add the washed and dried potatoes to the bowl with the spice mixture. Toss until every piece is fully coated with the flavorful paste.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3-5 minutes before adding the potatoes.
  5. Arrange the coated potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry at 400°F for 18-22 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Test the largest potato for doneness with a fork.
  8. Transfer the crispy potatoes to a serving bowl, toss with freshly chopped parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

Make sure to dry the potatoes thoroughly for optimal crispiness.
