Crispy, flavorful Air Fryer Salmon Bites cooked to perfection in under 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine the salmon bites with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and crispy on the outside.
  5. Serve immediately with lemon wedges for that extra burst of freshness.
