Delicious and healthy air fryer salmon patties that are quick to make and full of flavor, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh salmon, skinless and boneless
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Flake the salmon in a large bowl until it’s broken into small, manageable pieces.
  2. Add breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties, making sure they hold together properly.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  6. Place the salmon patties into the basket in a single layer.
  7. Give the tops of the patties a light spray of olive oil.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  9. Serve warm, either in buns or over a salad.

Notes

For added flavor, consider incorporating spices like paprika or fresh herbs like dill.
