A quick and flavorful air fryer salmon recipe that results in crispy skin and tender, flaky flesh.

Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the marinade by mixing together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the salmon fillets generously with the marinade.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the flesh flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes post-cooking for the juices to settle before serving.
