Delicious and healthier turkey meatballs made in the air fryer, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients in a large bowl: ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  6. Serve these meatballs with your favorite dipping sauce or over pasta.

Notes
