Instructions
Marinate the chicken: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken strips and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
