A refreshing and vibrant salad that combines avocados, cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion in a large bowl.

Notes
