  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup pickles, diced
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to get things warmed up for this delicious pie.
  2. Cook the ground beef and onion in a skillet until browned, stirring occasionally. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the crumbled bacon, diced pickles, mustard, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Place the pie crust in a pie dish.
  5. Layer the beef mixture at the bottom of the pie crust and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
