A comforting and indulgent bacon pasta with creamy sauce and crispy bacon, perfect for cozy dinners.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain excess fat, leaving about 1 tablespoon in the skillet.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in the skillet for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to let it burn.
  4. Create the cream sauce by pouring in the heavy cream and bringing it to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the sauce and reserved bacon, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley for a fresh finish.

Notes

Pairs well with Caesar salad and chilled white wine. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
