A delightful blend of rich cheesecake and the sweet, nutty flavors of baklava, perfect for special occasions.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar in a medium bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth in a large bowl.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in the Greek yogurt, chopped walnuts, honey, and ground cinnamon.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the center is slightly set.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  9. Serve chilled, drizzling additional honey on top if desired.

Notes

Make sure to soften your cream cheese for easier mixing. You can add more ground cinnamon or nutmeg for a stronger flavor.
