A simple yet elegant side dish of asparagus drizzled with balsamic glaze, garlic, and olive oil, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Shaved Parmesan or toasted almonds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the trimmed asparagus with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
  4. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the asparagus and return to the oven for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, garnish with Parmesan or almonds, and serve.

Notes
