  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas, mixing well.
  4. Whisk together the flour and baking soda in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
