Delicious and chewy bars packed with ripe bananas, rolled oats, and chocolate chips, perfect for a healthy snack or breakfast on the go.

  • 1½ cups ripe bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup nut butter
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add the nut butter, rolled oats, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup, chocolate chips, and salt. Mix everything together until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into your prepared baking pan and flatten it into an even layer.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the bars appear set.
  6. Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before cutting them into squares.

Notes
