Crispy chicken coated in a creamy, slightly spicy sauce, making every bite a delightful explosion of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Oil for frying
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt.
  2. Dredge the chicken pieces in cornstarch, shaking off excess.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Fry the chicken pieces until golden and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar to make the sauce.
  6. Toss the cooked chicken in the sauce until well coated.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken in some of the sauce for 30 minutes before frying.
