A rich and creamy dessert made with layers of biscuit base, luscious toffee, ripe bananas, and fluffy whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 300g digestive biscuits
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 300ml double cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Cocoa powder or chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the toffee by placing the can of sweetened condensed milk in a pot, covering with water, and simmering for about 2-3 hours.
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits to fine crumbs and mix with melted butter to create a base.
  3. Spread the cooled toffee evenly over the biscuit base.
  4. Slice the bananas and layer them on top of the toffee.
  5. Whip the double cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
  6. Spread the whipped cream over the bananas and garnish with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings.
  7. Chill the pie for a few hours before serving.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for the best flavor. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
