Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season both sides generously with salt, pepper, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Wrap each rack of ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until the ribs are tender.
  5. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  6. Unwrap the ribs from the foil, and brush both sides with BBQ sauce.
  7. Grill the ribs for about 5-10 minutes, basting with more BBQ sauce, until they are nicely caramelized.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite sides.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the ribs overnight with the seasoning before cooking.
