Tender chicken coated in zesty BBQ sauce and topped with creamy coleslaw, all nestled in soft slider buns—these BBQ chicken sliders are the perfect comfort food for gatherings.

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the chicken and BBQ sauce in a bowl until well mixed.
  2. Prepare the coleslaw mixture by combining coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toast the slider buns lightly if desired.
  4. Assemble the sliders by placing BBQ chicken on the bottom half of each slider bun.
  5. Add a spoonful of coleslaw on top and cover with the top half of the bun.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
