Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Buns (for serving)
  • Coleslaw (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is tender.
  3. Shred the chicken using two forks and mix it with the BBQ sauce.
  4. Serve on buns and top with coleslaw if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Freeze for up to 3 months.
