  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add the beef stew meat to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and bring the mixture to a simmer.
  5. Add the broccoli florets, cover, and cook for another 5-7 minutes until tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.

Notes
