A quick and flavorful Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry that combines tender beef with vibrant vegetables in a savory sauce.

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
  4. Introduce the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender but crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  6. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes
