Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Sauté garlic, bell peppers, carrots, and snow peas; stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce; toss to combine and heat through.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

For perfectly trimmed beef, consider freezing the sirloin for about 30 minutes before slicing. Use fresh veggies for best flavor; however, frozen can work in a pinch.
