Delicious bites of beef mini sausages wrapped in flaky puff pastry, perfect for game day snacks.

Ingredients

  • Beef mini sausages
  • Puff pastry
  • Cheese (optional, e.g., cheddar or American)
  • Mustard (for dipping)
  • Ketchup (for dipping)
  • Barbecue sauce (for dipping, optional)
  • Honey mustard (for dipping, optional)
  • Egg (for egg wash, optional)
  • Milk (for egg wash, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Unroll your puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the puff pastry into rectangles, about 3×2 inches each.
  4. Place a mini sausage at one end of each pastry rectangle.
  5. Roll the pastry around the sausage until it’s completely covered.
  6. Press the edges of the pastry to seal them.
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and position the wrapped sausages seam-side down.
  8. Brush the tops of the pastry with a beaten egg or milk.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Any leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For best quality, reheat them in the oven.
