A nostalgic and easy-to-make treat, these Beef Pigs in a Blanket are perfect for gatherings, game nights, or a cozy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of beef hot dogs
  • 1 can of refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of ketchup (optional)
  • Cooking spray or oil for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface and separate it into triangles.
  3. Slice each beef hot dog in half if you prefer smaller pieces.
  4. Place one half of a hot dog at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough around the hot dog, starting from the wide end.
  6. Lightly spray the rolled pigs in a blanket with cooking spray.
  7. Pop them into the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  8. Serve warm with extra mustard or ketchup for dipping.

Notes

Ensure the crescent roll dough is cold for better flakiness. You can add cheese or veggies for variation.
