A nostalgic twist on a fast-food favorite, these Big Mac Sliders are packed with flavor and perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slider buns
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup pickles
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Shape the seasoned beef mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties until browned, about 5 minutes on each side.
  5. Place the cooked patties on the bottom half of the slider buns.
  6. Top each beef patty with a slice of cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, and pickles.
  7. Combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and white vinegar to make the Big Mac sauce.
  8. Spread the sauce over the top halves of the slider buns.
  9. Carefully place the top buns over the loaded bottom buns.
  10. Bake the assembled sliders in the oven for 5-7 minutes until warmed through.

Notes

For extra flavor, sear the patties with Worcestershire sauce mixed into the beef. Customize toppings as desired.
