  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Spice Mix: In a bowl, mix together the paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Rub the Salmon: Generously rub the spice mixture over the salmon fillets, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  3. Heat the Olive Oil: In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Blacken the Salmon: Add the salmon fillets to the hot skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Serve with Lemon: Once cooked, serve the salmon hot with lemon wedges on the side.
