  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • Fresh lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp with Cajun seasoning and olive oil until coated.
  2. Sear the shrimp in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Warm the tortillas in the skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.

Notes
