A delightful combination of spicy jalapeño, creamy Brie cheese, and sweet blueberries, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Jalapeños
  • Brie cheese
  • Blueberries
  • Bacon (optional)
  • Honey
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the jalapeños by slicing them in half lengthwise and scooping out the seeds.
  3. Stuff each jalapeño half with a slice of Brie cheese and top with juicy blueberries and a drizzle of honey.
  4. Wrap with bacon, if desired.
  5. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and lay the jalapeños on it. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
