Delightful Blueberry Crumble Bars with juicy blueberries nestled in a buttery, crumbly topping, perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the greased dish.
  4. Toss the blueberries with lemon juice and sprinkle evenly over the crust.
  5. Crumble the remaining mixture over the blueberries.
  6. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let your creation cool completely before cutting into bars.
