Delightful handheld breakfast treats filled with eggs, sausage, and hash browns, wrapped in a crispy shell.

Ingredients

  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 lb Sausage
  • 1 cup Cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Hash browns
  • 10 Egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbled.
  2. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet until fluffy and cooked through.
  3. Combine the cooked sausage, cheese, and hash browns into the eggs until evenly mixed.
  4. Fill an egg roll wrapper with a generous scoop of the filling and roll tightly.
  5. Prepare the frying pan by heating oil over medium heat.
  6. Fry the egg rolls for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Drain the egg rolls on paper towels and serve warm.

Notes

Make sure your oil is hot enough for frying to avoid sogginess. Experiment with different fillings for variety.
