Delicious and nutritious breakfast biscuits made with almond flour, cheese, and Greek yogurt, perfect for a healthy start to your day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or sausage (optional)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the almond flour, shredded cheese, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together the Greek yogurt and eggs in another bowl until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming biscuit shapes.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving or storing in the fridge.

Notes
