Delicious breakfast sliders filled with scrambled eggs, savory sausage or bacon, and melted cheese, all nestled in soft slider buns.

Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Eggs
  • Cheese (e.g., cheddar or American)
  • Breakfast sausage or bacon
  • Salt and pepper
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the breakfast sausage or bacon until fully cooked.
  3. Scramble the eggs with salt and pepper until fluffy.
  4. Prepare the slider buns by cutting them in half and placing the bottoms in a baking dish.
  5. Layer the cooked sausage or bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheese on the bottom halves of the buns.
  6. Cap it off by placing the top halves of the buns on the filling.
  7. Brush melted butter over the top of the buns.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
