Delicious breakfast tacos filled with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon or sausage, creamy avocado, and zesty salsa, perfect for any morning.

Ingredients

  • Tortillas
  • Eggs
  • Cheese (your favorite type, shredded)
  • Bacon or sausage
  • Avocado
  • Salsa
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon or sausage in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
  3. Scramble the eggs in the same pan, letting the flavors infuse from the meat.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave until pliable.
