A vibrant and crunchy broccoli salad packed with flavor and texture, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the vegetables in a large bowl: broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes, red onion, shredded carrots, sunflower seeds, and raisins.
  2. Whisk together the dressing: mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  3. Dress the salad by pouring the dressing over and tossing to coat.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a lighter dressing, swap half the mayonnaise for Greek yogurt.
