  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until it turns golden brown, stirring frequently.
  3. Remove from heat and let the browned butter cool slightly.
  4. Mix the brown sugar and honey into the warm brown butter until well combined.
  5. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  6. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  8. Fold in the chopped pistachios and white chocolate chips (if using).
