Crispy and spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites, perfect for a party or movie night.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) if baking, or heat vegetable oil in a deep pot or fryer if frying.
  2. Cut the head of cauliflower into small, bite-sized florets.
  3. Prepare the batter by combining flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  4. Coat each cauliflower floret in the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
  5. Cook the coated florets on a baking sheet if baking, or fry in hot oil for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Toss the hot cauliflower in buffalo sauce immediately after cooking.
  7. Serve hot with celery sticks and ranch dressing.

Notes

For ultra-crispy bites, ensure the oil is at 350°F (175°C) before frying. You can also use a light spray of oil before baking.
