Crispy, spicy buffalo cauliflower bites perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Celery sticks
  • Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. Mix together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt to create a batter.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  6. Mix together the hot sauce and melted butter.
  7. Toss the baked cauliflower in the hot sauce mixture.
  8. Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing.

Notes

For extra crispiness, chill your batter for 20 minutes before use. You can also experiment with different hot sauces for varying heat levels.
