  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup milk
  • Yellow and black fondant for decorations
  • Flower-shaped sprinkles
  • Buttercream frosting (for decorating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add the softened butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk to the dry mixture. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
  5. Place them in the preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  6. Let the cupcakes cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
  7. Frost the cupcakes generously with buttercream frosting.
  8. Roll yellow and black fondant to create cute bumblebee shapes.
  9. Use flower-shaped sprinkles to decorate your cupcakes as desired.
