A vibrant and spicy Cajun Chicken Pasta dish that combines creamy goodness with tender chicken and zesty flavors.

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Once it’s al dente, drain it and set it aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season the sliced chicken breast with Cajun seasoning and add it to the hot skillet. Cook until it’s brown and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes, then remove from the skillet.
  4. Sauté the bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic in the same skillet until they soften.
  5. Create the creamy base by stirring in the heavy cream and bringing it to a simmer.
  6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until it melts into a creamy sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Combine the cooked pasta and chicken into the skillet, tossing everything together.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Pair with a crisp green salad or garlic bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
