Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
  • Your choice of burger sauce or dressing

Instructions

  1. Mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into patties and cook on a grill or skillet until desired doneness.
  3. Prepare a base of mixed salad greens in serving bowls.
