Delicious and healthy cauliflower pizza crust, a perfect gluten-free alternative that’s easy to make and customize.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, riced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the riced cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Mix well until a dough forms.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Shape it into a pizza crust, about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown.

  8. Bake again for another 10 minutes.
