  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Combine the cream of chicken soup and milk in a mixing bowl; stir until smooth.
  4. Mix the soup mixture with the beef, season with salt and pepper, then transfer to a greased baking dish.
  5. Prepare the Cheddar Bay biscuit mix according to package instructions and spread it over the casserole.
