Delightful cookies filled with luscious cheesecake, combining chocolate chip cookies and cheesecake into the ultimate dessert.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add this dry mixture to the creamed butter mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  6. Beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  7. Scoop a tablespoon of cookie dough, flatten it slightly, and place a dollop of the cheesecake filling in the center. Wrap the dough around the filling and shape it into a ball.
  8. Place the formed dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  10. Allow the cookies to cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
