Scale
  • 1 loaf of crusty bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Take the loaf of crusty bread and cut it into squares, being careful not to slice all the way through the bottom.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Take your delectable butter mixture and drizzle it generously into the cuts of the bread.
  5. Stuff the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese into the cuts of the bread.
  6. Wrap the bread in foil and place it in the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  7. After the initial baking time, carefully unwrap the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Once golden and hot, take the bread out of the oven and serve warm.
