A hearty and healthy sandwich featuring chicken, avocado, and cheese, perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients

  • Cooked chicken breast
  • Avocado
  • Cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Bread (toasted)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lettuce (optional)
  • Tomato slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread to your desired crispiness.
  2. Mash the avocado and season it with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the mashed avocado on one slice of the toasted bread.
  4. Layer slices of cooked chicken over the avocado.
  5. Add cheese on top of the chicken, followed by lettuce and tomato slices if desired.
  6. Top with another slice of toasted bread.
  7. Slice the sandwich in half and serve.

Notes

For easy mashing, use a fork or potato masher. Consider using rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
