Delicious Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders that are easy to make and perfect for gatherings, combining tender chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 slider buns
  • 12 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
  4. Shred the chicken using two forks and mix it with the ranch dressing in a mixing bowl.
  5. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  6. Layer the shredded chicken mixture evenly on top of the bottom buns.
  7. Add a slice of bacon to each slider and then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  8. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are golden brown.
  10. Cool slightly before slicing them into individual sliders. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

For juicier chicken, choose boneless and skinless cuts. Use extra crispy bacon for added crunch. Feel free to change up the cheese, and consider making the chicken mixture ahead of time for quick assembly.
