A delightful fusion of fajitas and creamy pasta that brings the whole family together.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in sliced bell pepper, onion, and garlic; cook until vegetables are tender.
  5. Add fajita seasoning and chicken broth; bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in heavy cream; season with salt and pepper.
  7. Combine cooked pasta with the chicken and vegetable mixture.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
